Mathew Northrup graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1972 with a degree in Marketing. He has held marketing and sales positions since that time. Mr. Northrup has worked with major Advertising/Promotional agencies to develop results driven promotion for companies such as 3M, Land O’ Lakes, Vision Ease, Subway, US Bank, Bremer Financial Corporation, Adelphia Cable, Hagen-Daaz, Schwan’s and Harley Davison. Business to Business has involved incentive and training. Employee promotion have used Internet as a vehicle for training and other concepts. Consumer sweepstakes are enhanced by utilizing prize indemnity. Mr. Northrup has been developing and Mr. Northrup was instrumental in developing a United States presence for a Canadian promotional company. Sales exceed thirteen million in fifth year of service. Mr. Northrup held a National Sales Manager position. The positioning of agency development and direct clients proved critical to growth. He grew the business from 1.5 million to seven million in 4 years. The training, use and development of independent representative agencies built a solid client base.
